Custom Made Engagement Rings

Custom Made Engagement Rings

Custom Made Engagement RingsAll our engagement rings are custom made which means that any design is possible.  Whilst we have a wide selection of display rings to try on, you can create your own unique design with the assistance of one of our talented jewellers.
The rings shown in our picture gallery can be made in your choice of metal, including White Gold, Yellow Gold and Platinum, and with your choice of diamond or co loured gemstone.
Having your engagement ring custom made ensures that you end up with exactly the design you want and gives you the opportunity to create something unique that suits your individual style.
Usually you will start by choosing a diamond or coloured gemstone from our wide selection of loose stones.  After choosing your diamond, the jewellery will assist and guide you in choosing a design for your engagement ring.  To make sure you end up with exactly what you want, we also give you the opportunity to view the ring before any stones are set and to have any design alterations made at this stage.
To help you choose a design, we have a wide range of engagement rings on display that you can try on to get an idea of what style suits your hand.  You can choose one of our many beautiful designs or you can combine individual design elements from various display rings.  Alternatively, you can bring in your own ideas or pictures, and our jewellers can create sketches of various design options.

Harrods Biennale Des Antiquaires

THIS year, the Biennale eds Antiquaries will not only be curated by the one and only Karl Lagerfeld, it's also being brought to London by Harrods. The Knights-bridge-based department store has asked jewellery brands, from Chanel  and Dior to Bulgari and Boucheron, to showcase their most spectacular pieces in-store in an exhibition dedicated to the famous art fair.

"At Harrods we strive to offer our clients extraordinary experiences and with the permission of the Biennale des Antiquaires in Paris and through the participation of our fine jewellery partners we are delighted to be able to bring the magic and wonder of the Biennial to London, a feat never before achieved in the United Kingdom," said Annalise Quest, general merchandise manager for Harrods Fine Jewellery. "This significant collection celebrates the extraordinary talents of each design house and truly cements Harrods' Fine Jewellery Room as a global luxury retail destination.

Receivables

AFTER time spent working under quirky London jewellery Stephen Webster, London-based jewellery designer Leila Ashurbanipal set up her own label - LeiVanKash - and was soon thrust into the international spotlight in 2011 after New York socialite Olivia Palermo stepped out sporting both a ring and a bracelet from the brand.

"Things are growing quickly," the Central Saint Martins graduate told us of her young business - set up whilst she was still at university. "I have a workshop in Hutton Gardens, and have a small team working with me now - polishers, and people who help me source the stones - but the carving is all done by me.

With a dark fairy tale aesthetic inspired by the history of her Persian roots, her collections of hand carved pieces feature brightly-colored semi-precious stones - from blue topaz, turquoise, amethyst, hematite, coral, and laps lazuli - sourced in the UK, along with rough emeralds and rubies. In bronze, sterling silver, 22-carat yellow and rose gold-plating, the collection features pieces that are purposely attainable to every budget: "Prices start at £35," she explained. "I want to keep it luxury but affordable, the average price for rings is around £200."

Just landed at Harvey Nichols, LeiVanKash won't stay an underground hit for much longer.

Versace's New Launch

VERSACE launched its new Atelier Jewellery rings during its autumn/winter 2012-13 couture show in Paris, and they are just as striking as you'd expect.
